PLATINUM now offers Tracy and the Central Valley a state-of-the-art conference center and banquet facility known by locals as PLATINUM - at the Opera House.
PLATINUM'S Conference Center & Banquet Facilities
Platinum can accommodate up to 120 attendees in our main room. The adjoining meeting room, "Success," can accommodate up to 50 participants. And now, our newest conference room, called "Portfolio," can accommodate up to 75 participants.
As the only Conference and Banquet Center in Tracy, we are the leading location for upscale meetings in the city. PLATINUM has raised the bar on meeting planner expectations. From first class service to unmatched surroundings, we ensure your next meeting will be successful.
Platinum’s Conference Center pricing is based on an hourly, ½ day or full day rental fee package or Complete Meeting Package (CMP). The CMP package includes consultation with an event planner, catered meals which are delivered to the conference center, continuous refreshment breaks, audio-visual package, guest office usage and many other services.
The staff at Munson and Elliott, LLC, who manage Platinum, are professional conference planners. They are the backbone of our conference center's uniqueness and success. They serve as the liaison between our client’s program and our Platinum team. They assure that nothing will be overlooked. They strive to do it right . . . the first time, every time.
Other services include, but are not limited to:
- A staffed Business Center for shipping, receiving, copying, signage or any office support our clients - utilizing the conference center - might require
- Business Center with color printers, internet access and fax
- A professional audio-visual department with equipment and staff to service everything from flip charts to conference calls.
- Theme parties, award banquets and receptions - designed to suit your program
- Complimentary wireless internet access in all meeting rooms and public areas
- Entertainment - music, magic, comedians or master/mistress of ceremonies
- Speakers and content design services are also available
